  • Is Pay Per Click (PPC) right for my business?
    If you offer services or products that people search for online, chances are PPC will be an excellent marketing channel for you to increase sales. However, this is something we would explore right at the beginning of our conversation with you. Through exploring your business goals and your unique offering, we can advise on the best marketing channels to achieve the most with your budget.
  • How long does it take to start running PPC campaigns?
    This can vary slightly depending on the size of the campaign (how many ad groups, keywords, and ads are involved). Typically, we have campaigns ready to go live within two weeks of instruction.
  • How long does it take to see results from a PPC campaign?
    Once we click 'go' the campaign will go through a review process. This shouldn't take longer than 24 hours and is usually processed within just a few hours. At that point, the campaign is live and will start to drive traffic to your website.
  • I've tried PPC before and it didn't work, is it worth trying again?
    If your business is suitable for PPC but previous campaigns haven't delivered the results you expected, the chances are that your previous campaign wasn't configured well. Whether you were bidding on the wrong keywords, your ads weren't well written, or your campaign wasn't structured correctly, there could be a whole range of potential issues. We can look back at these campaigns to identify where they went wrong and propose how to set up a new and successful campaign.
  • How long do I have to sign on for with you to manage my PPC campaigns?
    We have simple contract terms. An initial 3 months commitment, followed by a 30-day rolling contract agreement. The initial 3-month period is to allow the campaign(s) to mature and provide us time to optimise them as the performance data increases and provides us more insight to further improve the campaign. Your ad spend budget can be tweaked whenever needed, even during the initial 3-month period and we are always here to advise on appropriate budgets.
  • Can you manage an existing campaign or do we need to start from scratch?
    Yes, we can absolutely take over the management of existing PPC campaigns. We can utilise the historical data of that campaign to optimise it which may involve a lot of changes, or we may simply recommend starting from scratch if we see a benefit to this.
  • How much will I pay for each click?
    Your cost per click (CPC) will vary depending on the competitiveness of your keywords, your location, and your industry. CPCs can range from anything from £0.10 to over £10. During our research phase, we will conduct keyword research to determine what your CPCs are likely to be and advise on a sensible budget for achieving your goals based on this.
  • Do I pay my ad spend budget directly to you?
    No, your budget will always be paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g. Google Ads). If you don't have an existing account, we will set one up for you in your name and email address. You will always retain ownership of any accounts we set up for you.
